INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIFE

Ø Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk
Ø When you lose don’t lose the lesson.
Ø Follow the 3 R’s
o Respect for self
o Respect for others and
o Responsibility for all your actions
Ø Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of life.
Ø Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.
Ø Don’t let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
Ø When you realized you’ve made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
Ø Spend sometime alone everyday
Ø Open your arms to change but don’t let go of your values.
Ø Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
Ø Live a good honorable life. Then when you get older and think back you’ll be able to enjoy it a second time.
Ø A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.
Ø In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation. Don’t bring up the past.
Ø Share your knowledge. It’s a way to achieve immorality.
Ø Be gentle with the earth.
Ø Once a year, go some place you’ve never seen before.
Ø Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.
Ø Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
Ø Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon.
Ø Give people more than they expect and do it.
Ø Memorize your favorite poem.
Ø Don’t believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.
Ø When you say "I love you" mean it.
Ø When you say "I’m sorry" look the person in the eye.
Ø Be engaged at least 6 months before you get married.
Ø Believe in love at first sight.
Ø Never laugh at anyone’s dreams.
Ø Love deeply and passionately. You get hurt but it’s only a way to live life completely.
Ø In disagreement, fight fairly - no name calling.
Ø Don’t judge people by their relatives.
Ø Talk slowly but think quickly.
Ø When someone ask you a question you don’t want to answer, smile and ask "Why do you want to know".
Ø Say "bless you" when you hear someone sneeze.
Ø Smile when picking up the phone, the caller will hear it in your voice.
Ø Marry a man/woman you love to talk, as you get older the conversation skills will be as important as any other.
Ø Read between the lines.
Ø Never interrupt when you are being flattered.
Ø Mind your own business.
Ø Don’t trust a man/woman who doesn’t close his/her eyes when you kiss.
Ø Learn the rules. Then break some.
Ø Remember that your character is your destiny.
